Investment Terms & Conditions

Partnership-based growth plans

The proposal presents a Profit & Loss Sharing model. Investor participation, settlement and capital security are handled through the official legal agreement and company terms.

Monthly Advance Plan

Minimum Rs. 100,000

  • Tenure1 year. After one year, renewal or withdrawal can be done by mutual agreement.
  • Profit Share50% of the company net profit is provided to investors.
  • Loss ShareIf business loss occurs, investors participate in 50% of the loss.
  • Monthly Advance7% monthly advance from the invested amount for investor cash-flow needs.
  • Annual SettlementAt year-end, total profit is calculated, advances are deducted and the remaining 50% profit share is settled.
  • Capital Security1-year post-dated cheque and official legal agreement.
6 Month Plan

Minimum Rs. 500,000

  • Tenure1 year. Renewal or withdrawal can be agreed after the contract period.
  • Profit Share50% of the company net profit is provided to investors.
  • Loss ShareInvestors participate in 50% of the business loss if loss occurs.
  • 6 Month Advance50% of the invested amount is provided after 6 months.
  • Annual SettlementAt year-end, total profit is calculated and previous advances are deducted before final settlement.
  • Capital Security1-year post-dated cheque and official legal agreement.
